utorrent, p2p TCP/IP 제한을 풀어주는 패치

p2p, torrent를 사용할 때 , 같이 작업 하게 되면 인터넷이 기어가는데요  - _- 필자도 쫌

포토샵이나, 게임을 할 때도 마찬가지이고요 이것을 간단한 패치로 해결하실 수 있어요~ +_ +

이 패치를 완료 후 utorrent 1.8.1 기준으로 '설정 > 고급설정' 에서

'net.max_halfopen'을 수정해 주심으로써 토렌트의 제한을 더 상향 또는 하향 하실 수 있습니다.

만약 TCP/IP제한이 255개이고, 'net.max_halfopen' 또한 255개 일경우.

utorrent에서 255개를 모두 사용할 경우, 다른 작업의 속도는 느려집니다.

그러니 'net.max_halfopen'의 경우는 TCP/IP제한보다 적게 설정하세요.
